Troubleshooting

Connector does not connect

• Confirm the MCP URL is exactly: https://claude-app.promocodes.com/mcp
• Remove and re-add the connector in Claude settings.
• If Claude reports a temporary connection issue, wait a minute and try again.

I get "Nothing found" or no store match

• Try the store name plus coupons or deals (for example, Nike coupons).
• Use a well-known brand name first to validate the connector is working.
• Try a different spelling or a more specific merchant name.

Links are not opening as expected

• Click the action links in the response (Use code, View code, Get deal).
• If needed, refresh Claude and run the prompt again.
